Crown Prince Orion Balaur Duryad lost his life in combat against the Black Blood, Black Legion ang their leader Húndark Thorne during the Raid of The Moaning Cave

On Alturiak 15, 11 AC, The BBEG Removal Squad begun their preparations. a large feast was held in honor of them as they said goodbye to their friends knowing they might not return. The BBEG Removal Squad's goal was to break into the Moaning Caves and kill anyone who stood in their way and eliminate the leading officers of the oppsition.   The assult began at two o'clock in the early morning of Alturiak 15, 11 AC. Like Centurion Aurixen's previous enqounters with the enemy, the Black Bloods were unable to respond effectively to the The BBEG Removal Squad's tactics.   As the party reached the personal office of Húndark himself, Orion led the attack himself. During this time, he challanged his uncle to the death. Enduring his uncles onslaught for 10 minutes straight he tiered out from exhaustion and his many wounds and he was beaten down to the ground. Húndark Thorne proceeded to grab his "hair " and smash his face into the cold stone floor ,multiple times. Húndark then left him to die and battled Orions remaining friends. Sensing that his injuries was fatal, and fearing a repeat of the First Assult of the Moaning Caves, the centurion uttered, "You my friends are the best thing to happen to me and I am lucy to have gotten to know you all – now go and finish what i started! Now is not the time to mourn my death." He died moments later.   Only six people witnessed his death: Lorilla, Lander Storm, Ash "Grimm" Evenwood, Belmorn Bennett, and Húndark Thorne , his uncle. Orions friends struggled to regain their composure and guarded Orion's body so that the enemy could reach him. For the remainder of the battle, The BBEG Removal Squad wore his uncle's armor and continued the assult.     Centurion Aurixen’s body was brought back to the capitol of Wadrun to be buried in the crypsts, next to his father, Davos Aurixen (in accordance to Tymerian tradition). Shrines, both official and unofficial, were constructed in his honor all throughout the land."
