Algoboa

The continent of Algoboa can be found across the Nacurias to the east of Talingarde. It is the largest continent by landmass on the Terrestrial Sphere, and thought by many to be mostly uninhabited. While it is certainly little explored by the people of the Southron Hemisphere, it is full of life and civilizations both modern and ancient.

Geography

The massive continent is divided in half by the Gloaming. The much smaller portion north of the Gloaming is called Vendalia, and is a land of great pine forests, cold prairies, and the great Cordilleras mountain range, its coasts opening into the Nacurias. South of the Gloaming is the Summerlands which range from rolling tallgrass plains to canyons and desert valleys, forming a landbridge down to the much larger southern portion, which is dominated at its center by the Jungles of Prax, the largest tropical rainforests in Uskara with mysterious ruins from a forgotten civilization of the First World, as well as the bones of civilizations that attempted to build on top of them. At the southernmost tips, the land grows drier and plays between extremes of hot and cold, with intense volcanism. It is here that Magna Orna was settled during the tail end of the Fifth World, its harbors opening into the wide blue Lazurias.
