Caina

Caina, the Ninth Hell, is a realm of utter darkness that rests dangerously close to the "waters" of the Infinite Abyss. Appearing as nothing less than a complete void save what its lords wish for it to manifest, the horrors here are hidden from sight, save for the fortress of Nessus at its center that surrounds the passage out of the Nine Hells into the rest of the Pit. Asmodeus claims the Principle of Evil from his Throne here, making him the Overfiend, and he must fend off constantly the demon princes who would claim it from him, as well as the machinations of his own servants, limiting the Demiurge's energies that he can invest in his true design on the Heavens above.
