Hartnigan Basin
The Hartnigan Basin is comprised of 25 interconnecting lagoons fed by the Cartrane River, each with its own collection of islands and marshes. These lagoons, which are surrounded by fertile farmland, cover an area of around 1000 square miles.
Members of a primitive halfling tribe known as The Pure reside at the center of these marshes and travel by boat across the lagoons that surround their village.
The wetland areas support a diversity of plant species.
