Tulgi Lutan

Description

Tulgi is a dwarven woman who appears to be in her mid 50s (this is adulthood for dwarfs, so around 20 - 30 human years). She has a round, scarred face set into a hardened expression. Her thick brown eyebrows are pierced, along with her round nose and ears. Her short white hair is pulled back and away from her face so as not to obstruct her view. She is often dressed in thick, bulky cold weather clothes, as is everyone who lives in the Frost Territories.

Biography

Not much is known about her, beyond the fact that she has lived in Nami Village for about 6 months, she has a sister named Hulil, and she is a thief working for the Yamaguchi Family who run Ichi village. She used to be friends with Honjou the kitsune adventurer before he died.

She is gruff, independent and a bit foul-mouthed. But she has a soft spot for her 2 wolves, Iro and Jira. Tulgi is currently sick with the same mysterious disease that killed Honjou and Verla Pelc.
