Temple of the Sky
One of two temples in Albion dedicated to the dual gods Leimeren and Renmelei. Completely open to the air, this unusual temple features a colonnade surrounding a shallow reflection pool. At the head of the temple, a rotunda offers just enough space for priests to gather and make offerings in the large brass bowl within.
Purpose / Function
Though built to honor and worship Renmelei and Leimeren, the lack of walls also functionally make the temple a public space. It is often treated as an extension of the Albion Forums. The public is welcomed by the dual gods' priests, so long as they don't disrespect the space, and even for that, their tolerance is greater than the keepers of most temples. After all: the joy and laughter of children running through the reflection pool on a hot day, or the passionate anger of couple engaged in a lovers' quarrel are beautiful and vital expressions of the divine power of emotion.
