The Order Of Ohm
“Reveal the truth, punish the guilty, right the wrong, and be always just in your actions.”The Chronicles of Light, Book of the Judge p.63
The Order of Ohm is the largest centralized body devoted to the worship of Ohm. The Order is also the only officially recognized religious institution in the Veil. The Order’s primary purpose is the worship of Ohm, the goddess of the sun, light, truth, justice, and hope. They seek to bring Ohm's light to all, so that all people of the world can bask in the light of Ohm and have the darkness burned from their soul so that they may spend eternity in Ohm's warm embrace. The Order's headquarters is located at the heart of Yolis.

Divine Origins
The Order follows the teachings of the First Son. Through His teachings and writings he built the following that saw the truth through Ohms light and built Yolis in her honour as requested. His collective writings have been collected and transcribed into one book known as “The Chronicles of Light”. When a The First Son left with world to join Ohm, he appointed a council to choose his successor from the high-ranking members of the clergy, and through this the Second Son was appointed. As is tradition, when a Son of the Order dies a council appoints the next leader (Currently the 227th Son leads the Order).
Political Influence & Intrigue
Ban on magic: After the Fall and collapse of the Ashkah Empire, a Vash wide ban on magic was introduced. Over the years, some countries have lessened this ban, but the Order has held true to this doctrine and will enforce the law vigorously. Any caught violating this ban are shipped to Fort Joy for treatment (If they are not killed outright). Children shown to have innate magical abilities are taken from their families and sent to Fort Joy. Throughout the Veil, the people are taught to fear unholy magic and the destruction it brings.
