Seer Elf

Seer Elves are the spiritual leaders of Elven society. Seer elves resemble their High Elven ancestors moreso than any other type of Elf. They have an inborn ability to detect and understand magical phenomena. Typically their eyesight has been given up willingly in order to reach a deeper state of being.
