Ravdos

The Ravdos, The Rod-Bearers, police the city of Zagrean. Bearing bronze-capped staves a sa symbol of office, the Ravdos can be seen most places in the city. In more affluent districts, such as the King's Rise and the Tomes District, they wear burnished copper armor and green tabards. In the lower class districts, they are likely to be wearing whatever slapdash armor they can afford. Led by Captain-General Savin Ashiel, they see to law and order in the city. They are one of the more militant arms of the Civil Authority. Due to Maer Antressara Liona's disdain for prostitution, members of the Ravdos and Pyrothi are heavily discouraged from visiting the red-light district.
