Tomes District

The Tomes District is one of the two districts on the Upper Rise in the city of Zagrean. It is home to the Academy, and by extension is one of the most prestigeous places in all of Vaspira. It is also home to the Obelisk, the device that seals the Tear. Few outside of the city's arcane elite gain access to the district.
