Reveler's Ward

Once the location of the town's green, when Zagrean was less metropolitan, the Reveler's Ward has descended over the years. Located between the lawless Forgotten City and the dangerous Tallows District, the Reveler's Ward now serves as the city's slums. The lost and forgotten reside in ramschackle housing, often living in fear of kidnapping from Forgotten City slavers or amoral Tallows mages seeking subjects. The Ravdos have little to no presence in the Ward, leading to security being handled by a meager and overwhelmed local militia.
