Quest
A shadow crept through the door moments before the destruction of The Sandlion, it seems only logic the two are connected, as well as the theft of Charles Wells' artefact fragment. Whoever this was, they seemed to be familiar to Heri Skips or at least their scent did. Whatever this monsters' previous crimes it is clear this shadowed person was responsible for the fate that all those within suffered. Find them and what they know, the captured bandits and stolen papers seem a good place to start.Outcome
Arriving back at their tent Zylnan , Tyrvaan and Charles quickly interrogate the captives, intent on discovering what they need. Their prisoners admit to stealing a cash of gold from a hidden room in the inn but the tip came from an anonymous source. Could it be the man they seek? Before they can find out more, thugs attack, seemingly intent on killing their captives and them aswell. Luckily Heri, Ballen, Misxibis and Zips arrive in time to help them dispatch these ruffians.Though they reclaimed the stolen gold from the dead bandits, that trail has run cold with their death. Now, their only lead is Charles' papers, which point in several directions, but the most interesting is an approved request to enter one of the digsites of 'The Ancients' right here in Sandmyst Point. And also an unapproved request to enter the Oasis, could this also be a trail to follow?
