Mayor Finely Hale

Mayor Hale is the leader of the city of Tabonry. He is a grey-haired human with a wary look on his face.
Despite being the leader of the bustling city, Finley shows a distinct lack of interest in the day-to-day affairs of governance. Known for his indifference to administrative matters, he often leaves the routine tasks to his advisors and subordinates. Instead, he relaxes or socializes with close friends in Ironwater Fort. Patience is not Finley's virtue, particularly when faced with matters that fail to capture his interest. He has little tolerance for bureaucracy and lengthy discussions, often cutting through formalities to address the heart of an issue.

FInley is not above using usual methods (such as hiring of adventurers) to get the job done. He has a growing city to rule and plans on being the mayor of it for many years to come.
