Silver Council

The city and kingdom are ruled by the 44 senators of the Silver Council. The council has historically been a branch of the government to balance the king and handle the day-to-day governing. In times past, and now, with no king on the throne, the council retains control of the government.

The council chambers are a well protected, multi-story keep defended by both city guard, the military in their barracks just outside the keep, and the council's own personal guards.
High ranking officials, community leaders, and the wealthy are voted in to be councilman, however, no member of any of Houses of Navarre may hold a seat in the council by law.
