Stahlmill

In the northern reaches of the Ironwood forest, among the dense forest, lies the dwarven mining town of Stahlmill. A refuge for travelers and adventurers passing through Ironwood, Stahlmill acts as a sanctuary from the unpredictable elements of Ironwood's enchanted forests. The town itself is a unique blend of the local ironwood and the plentiful amount of stone gathered from its iron mines. Most of the residents work in this mine and so the town has forged some of the hardiest dwarves on the Veridian Continent.
Demographics
Most of Stahlmill's inhabitants are dwarfs. However, Ironwood is a diverse province and this is reflected in Stahlmill as a number of humans, halflings, gnomes, tieflings, and other uncommon races exist. Elves are almost non-existent in the town.
Government
The town is governed by a mayor who decides upon all local policies. The mayor's advisor, the Magistrate, manages many of the tasks in and around the town, including dealing with visitors and handling emergencies.
