Istilia
Istillia is an elven nation sworn to protect and nurture the great Silver tree that resides in their lands. They value Edona, goddess of nature, above the other gods and Istillians will often perform elaborate rituals during holidays to honor and praise the goddess. The forests of the Istillian Island are deeply connected to the fey wild and the forests are filled with resources. Despite the richness of the forests, The Silver Tree is the Istillians greatest treasure and for many years they would let anyone into their country in order to protect it. However, over time the Istillians began to loosen up and allow more people into their cities, and when the Istillians discovered a magical connection between the two world trees that allowed for instantaneous travel between the gold and silver trees, they opened up even more. Now Istillia is a major export of silver and a hub for travel between the two halves of the continent.
