House Sasori

Residing near a dormant volcano, the Sasoris are as hot-tempered as they come. Also an industrialist faction, the Sasoris have a special trade in exceptional jewels made from gems and pearls embedded in their rocky territories. They own and operate mines worked on by prisoners and slaves bought from the Kavals.
Would-be warmongers if not for the suffocating red tape of the other Houses, the Sasoris have historically produced the least elected leaders in the history of the Empire. But Lord Tensai Sasori doesn’t care much for reputation. Only physical dominance.
Similar to their sigil — the scorpion — the Sasori look mean and fight mean. But their Lord’s ambitions are too narrow and lack vision, leaving the stability of the House always in doubt.
