House Tancharoen

A House forged by a woman’s scorn, House Tancharoen is a sanctuary for women of all races.
Three generations ago, the House belonged to a foolish, powerful man who provoked the wrong wife. With the collapse of the old house rose the new House Tancharoen, a sunny paradise located in the warmer regions of the Empire.
Inhabited exclusively by women, House Tancharoen’s small population makes its money by farming and exporting delicious fruits and exquisite wines. But its leader, Alita Tancharoen, trains all Tancharoen sisters into Amazonian-like warriors.
In secret, her commoners are well-trained spies and assassins. Additional income for the House comes from a percentage of her assassins’ contracts. Most Houses have sought the legendary talents of House Tancharoen’s “Painted Ladies” but publicly do not acknowledge their existence.
Alita’s Kenshi is her young daughter Hitomi Tancharoen, a monk whose bubbly personality masks a dark, inhuman thirst for violence.
Recent rumors indicate a few Painted Ladies have left for Greater Vielamor.
