Ratfolk
The Ratfolk are an ancient race of mutant humanoids who resemble giant bipedal rats. They live in deepest depths of the underdark in small coalitions and villages, avoiding the bands of Lolth worshipping Drow and Duergar. before the split between the two main factions of ratfolk they lived in harmony working together to build small communities in the underdark, however after rapid expansion from the race of dwarves the race was split and some were pushed into the depths where the substance known as weavestone was discovered.
