General Summary
His friends make me big... what if he has a spell to make me small?
Harold Has a Goal
- Harold remained in the Halls of Thos and Milor, thoroughly disappointed that he was no longer
a siege weaponbig. - He told the tale of how he slayed the giant flying pig etc. through minor illusion to a firbolg who recognized him.
- He was not particularly perceptive, though he did notice that Thelar was inside, talking to someone.
- Eventually, Goltag came in, grabbed a drink, and greeted Harold.
- Harold attempted to convey his desire to be made big once more. Goltag told him "Harold big" and made a heart sign with his hands.
- Goltag placed Harold on his shoulders and brought him west to a gate it seemed like Goltag was meant to be guarding.
- Another giant seemed to reprimand Goltag.
- Goltag seemed to get frustrated when he couldn't see anything from his post and carried Harold into the jungle.
- Goltag indicated that he was looking for something to eat.
- A dinosaur charged Goltag and Harold.
Alton gets a Call
- Alton revealed to the party that he had snuck into Dimir's holiday residence the night before and found where the giant likely keeps his belt (and gauntlets)
- The party discussed the possibility of stealing the belt and gauntlets.
- Alton received several messages from Ryltar, the dark elf he had approached on the street randomly the day before.
- Ryltar asked to meet, and said Alton could bring whichever friends he wanted so long as they were not vampires and did not wish to kill him for some other reason.
- Alton stopped to buy a nice pair of shoes for Ryltar for 1 gp.
Ryltar
- Ryltar appeared to be wearing clothes too warm for the hot and humid weather, though he seemed comfortable.
- Ryltar asked the party about the land above. He claimed that his interest was because his great grandfather on his mother's side was from Auroliryn. A fee of 100 gold pieces was agreed on to transport Ryltar to Aurolyrin.
- Alton also revealed that he and Farren where originally from Faerun, though Ryltar seemed less interested in this.
- Ryltar recognized Rust as a warforged. He asked questions regarding whether Rust was a recent construction, or part of the fleet.
- He claimed that the worldhopper was from Erberron.
- Apparently, some of Ryltar's family had worked with the company so he knew of Sen, though he did not know him personally. Similarly, he knew of Lys, apparently a formerly human dangerous vampire lord who sometimes hunts other vampires. He did not know the current location of Lys but thought that the Lythini might.
- Ryltar seemed worried that someone was after him. Apparently he thought that he had heard someone sneaking around the night before. Apparently some vampires have an issue with his family.
- Ryltar seemed to feel uncomfortable about the prospect of sharing a room with a skeleton.
- He agreed to show Rust some books he had on warforged but was unwilling to lend them to him.
- He seemed terrified at the thought of visiting the Isle of Roses
- The Lythini Remnant are reportedly sky elves descended from the survivors of Myth Elin who did not follow the wanderer above. They have red wings, sometimes dyed. Their goal is to restore the Isle of Roses but even they do not dare venture there. He also objected to the idea that Andichar's treasure could be there a Andichar and Kels were chased away from the Isle of Roses a while before Kels returned to destroy it.
An Audience
- Ryltar led the party inside the Little Palace.
- Dimir appeared to be wearing his belt and gauntlets.
- The party enjoyed breakfast waiting for an audience with Dimir. There was a normal sized table but the eggs were all rather large.
- The party was notified that Dimir was ready to grant them a private audience in one of the back rooms.
