Ryltar

Ryltar is a dark elf from the Land Below. He was from Caiaryn but resided for a time in the Little Palace near the Halls of Thor and Milor, as a guest of the Storm Giant Paramount Dimir.
On his mother's side, his great grandfather came with the Company to the Land Below.
According to his own account, there were vampires in the Land Below that held grudges against his family.
