Takka Vek

One of the many clones of Vek'vaaqal .
Unlike the other Veks, Takka is a winged kobold, purple like the kobolds he used to have in his "employ". He was somewhat derided by other member of the "council of Vek" for being a Kobold. He is known to react angrily should any question his power, worthiness, intelligence etc.
He actually got killed and reincarnated by the careless actions of Rayne who had been touring as a travelling magician, letting random villagers pick from a deck of many things.
After Zed traded his book to Sera Vek for a wish spell, Takka accompanied her to Amberlight.
