Elmon Kats "The Judge"
The Judge was once a renowned hero, having slain monsters of all kinds as a member of the Company of the Bright Flame *defunct*.
After the dissolution of the company, following the tragedy at the mosslands graveyard, he was hired as an enforcer for the Borean Alliance by the king of Vyra. He was ruthless in his pursuit of criminals. His arrival heralded the end of many an underground criminal empire and cult.
For the last few years though, he has not been seen on the street often, and has remained in Celeb and largely in the Palace.
The party had cause to suspect that he has ties to the Merchant's Guild but the Judge nonetheless appeared to have bailed them out of trouble. Could he be a cool guy?
