Astraia Duskborn is the high priestess of Labelas Enoreth and the only daughter of the reigning prince of the Duskborn Oasis. She has insisted on coming on this expedition after a vision from her patron god instructed her to do so. Despite her delicate and frail condition, she cannot be dissuaded. While being a wealth of knowledge and perhaps one of the few remaining sun elves who remembers the history of her people, she has not once left the oasis she has called home save for this expedition. Ever the idealist, she seeks to regain the glory of her people from both the sands of the desert... and the sands of time itself.

Astraia, while being the High Priestess of Labelas Enoreth, is in fact a cleric of Light. She excels in the conjuration of sun, heat and vibrance to match the deadly rays of the Wadi-Hapur sun itself.
Apparel & Accessories
Astraia dresses richly according to her station in vibrant reds and gold to match the setting sun, electing to dress in the traditional colors of her Clan than the plain gray robes of the traditional priesthood of Labelas Enoreth. In addition, her body and hair are adorned with many golden bangles, jewels and trinkets befitting one of the last elven princesses in existence.

History
Shakir and Astraia became infatuated with one another when Shakir first visited the Duskborn Oasis, so much so as to cause a small scandal amongst the Elven leadership. A passionate tryst occurred between them causing further turmoil amongst the remaining Duskborn family, to which Astraia had protested had been blessed in a dream by Hanali Celanil herself. After Shakir was poisoned by the Yuan-Ti, Astraia's father Aejor managed to save Shakir from certain death but was unable to save his body from some degree of severe decomposition. He also asked, in exchange for his life, that the half-elf no longer pursue his daughter.
