Arcturinox

The Telos; the Ideal; the solemn, tireless, unstoppable march of justice, Vierix Arcturinox was a Lichlord and minor Rozsan demigod from a time before the New Rozsan Empire's colonization of Waking Materia. It was an ascendant hero of a great, forgotten war where Galateids threatened to overtake organic humanoid civilization. Arcturinox regarded itself as generous, like a veterinarian bravely shoving medicine down the biting maw of a frightened animal. Both its hand and organic humanoids would then heal.

Despite the shrewdness and originality of Arcturinox's plan, the Organics had somehow been warned. The galateid forces were taken apart like piranhas as they arrogantly marched through the woods, rivers and mountain passes of young Materia. It would mark the one and of only two times the Insurgent Gods cooperated with the Colonial Gods, the other being against the God of Apocalypses, Elir-Otrinax, during the First Dragon Wars.

All known texts presume Arcturinox is dead, however that's what the Rozsans thought that the first time...
