The Aetheris Orbital Defence Emplacement sat silently amidst Aetheris, its automated systems long dormant, but the strategic importance of the station was far from forgotten. Necron forces, the Entimolgis Hive, and the Votann's Gungir Collective converged upon one another, each seaking to claim the weapon platform for themselves.
