Opening of the Underworld

The fighting escape of the Foul Races, united under the leadership of Doomesh, dig through both the magical barrier as well as 5 miles of rock between the Underworld and Underdark right below the island of Ygody, allowing the Foul Races to escape to the surface and into the wider world. The second Era on the Elven (and later Eldar) calendar starts on this very moment.
