Insanity behind the innocent face

Under Lord of the Puppets' rule, every Doll has its role.
Some just need to look pretty and entertain their Lord, some collect new bodies and victims, some serve as his army, sleeping and waiting for his orders.
But one of the most important Dolls are the ones who guard and patrol the territory of his Dominium. They are often aggressive and relentless when hunting anyone who enters their Lords' land.
One of them was Raya.

Appearance

Second tallest and the second oldest looking member (both after Oriana) of the Dead Squad, she looks like she is in her late teens.
Her skin is tan, at least in places that weren't replaced by new body parts.
Her heart-shaped face is covered with freckles.
She has thick eyebrows and small lips.

Apparel, Equipment and Weaponry

Even though she doesn't really need it, Raya wears a tactical vest with Kevlar plates to protect her guts. Underneath it, she often wears sleeveless shirts and the track pants.
The weaponry she possesses changes over time as she finds new "toys" and has to get rid of the ones that are broken.
There is a combat knife she always has with her that she cares a lot about.

Abilities

Rage of the dying: During the combat, Raya is filled with excitement and joy. However, if anyone manages to hurt her, those feelings change really fast into a rage. The more Raya is hurt, the more reckless, animalistic and powerful her fighting style becomes.
Steel bones: Raya's skeleton is made out of alloy that's both flexible and durable. It has both its pros and cons. On one side, it's almost impossible to dismember her and she can use her own bones as a shield. But on the other side, if one of her limbs gets too badly damaged to be used anymore, the process of taking off the flesh and replacing it with the new limb is both time-consuming and painful. Additionally, she can only use limbs that are either the same size or very similar to her own.
Regeneration: When her flesh is not broken beyond repair, consuming anything nutritious activates the process of self-healing of damaged tissues.
Melee proficiency: Raya can both use and maintain anything that could be used as a melee weapon. If her weapon wasn't created for that to be used as one, it will be more durable than something of its kind should be.

Personality

Raya's personality does a complete 180 depending on if she is in the combat right now or not.
Outside of combat, she is a calm, studious and curious girl who loves to experience new things. Thanks to those traits, she is often the one explaining stuff to other members of the Dead Squad.
As soon as there is a sign of threat and possible combat, all of her inhibitions go down. She becomes rude, aggressive and excited. Unless controlled, she will blindly rush into a fight, not stopping until there are no enemies left in the area.

Two faces..., Really strong..., Friend

— Bianca about Raya

She's a little weird. Although it's really nice to have someone who listens to you. The others are often busy or don't care, but Bianca is always there to listen.

— Raya about Bianca

One in the front row, and the other in the back, the two of them are the main firepower of the Dead Squad. Because of that, in case of combat, Raya often tries to compete with Bianca, often insulting her non-human behavior in the meantime. She doesn't really mean it, but when fighting, she is a different person.
Outside of combat, Raya often apologizes about what she said during it, and often talks to Bianca about her problems.

During combat, makes fun of enemies and swears a lot in a way that would melt old sailor's ears.

Raya remembers studying.
The smell of her classroom and the murmur of students.
Late night hours, sitting near her desk, reading books, with only a small lamp as a light source.
