Kingdom Rialse

flesh crafter, goblins plundering, very rich, villas on hills, famous ship, etc Kingdom Rialse is one of the thirteen kingdoms that make up the Roscrean Empire. It is considered to be the wealthiest kingdom, second only to Kingdom Roncria itself. It is situated in the center of the coastline of the Diservive Gulf and is a part of the collection of kingdoms that includes Rialse, Osaville, Rolnd, Tragnment, and Watchersplace, known as the "Kingdoms of the Gulf" which have their alliance known as the Watered Accord. The Kingdom is known for its culture and life of the Diservive, with famous dishes being served in its towns. The great Sea City known as Mundersburg sits on the coastline that has several canals that run through the city. The hills to the north of Mundersburg make suitable locations for villas and estates for the royalty and nobility of the kingdom. On its southeastern border lies the end of the Weald, where an impressive lumber industry has been created as well as hunting. Because of the Kingdom's almost overflowing coffers, goblin raids are common among the towns of the kingdom, and a permanent goblin presence is recorded within the region. In response, a fraction of the soldiers of Kingdom Rialse have become the Green Spearers, an organization that hopes to end the thievery of the region's goblins. Under the city of Mundersburg lies the mysterious figure known as the Flesh-Crafter, who supposedly knows an ancient form of magic known as Flesh Magic and is said to be immortal, as the character steals the body parts of citizens to live forever.

History

Founded in 4250 2E in order to gain more control over the Disservive Gulf, the Kingdom is not only considered to be one of the Kingdoms of the Gulf but one of the Old Kingdoms as well. The city of Torrenheil was the first city to be constructed for the kingdom, located near the edge of the Weald. The city would soon find several problems, such as the untamed wilds encroaching upon the city, as well as the city believing to be haunted by the Spirit of the Hunt, a mystical entity thought to be an Impartial Divinity that has taken an interest in the game of hunting, but the construction of the city disturbed the hunting process. It was because of these reasons that the new emerging city of Mundersburg found on the edge of the Disservive Gulf was made the new capital of the Kingdom. Mundserburg would soon find its own problems, as the criminal group known as the Pirates of the Longhorn, who were situated on the island of Patomias, would raid the city often. They also had a necromancer as their leader, who roused up a dead dragon buried on the island from the Dracionic Wars. King Belevold would finally raise an army in 4583 2E and raid the island and put an end to the Pirates of the Longhorn, in what would become known as the Battle of the Sanded Shores. During the Roscrean-Serian Civil war, Kingdom Rialse would be mostly safe from the frontline combat that other kingdoms experienced, such as Kingdom Roln, however, an army of werewolves created by the Serians would make their way pillaging down the coast of the Gulf, including Mundersburg, in what was known as the Rape of Mundersburg in 4299 In 6786 2E, Emeli Carguld, a citizen of the town of Torrenheil would be named the greatest Huntsman to ever live. During the Frozen Raid in 7300 3E, Kingdom Rialse would be one of the first kingdoms attacked and have large parts of its land captured by the Ulthrank which transformed the land into a Winterland. Many would die from the invasion, and the city of Mundersburg would be under siege for the three-year duration of the raid.
