Vince Dolamain

Step brother of Tobias Vincious, he is the most famed pirate lord in the world. It is said he even can traverse right through the Maelstrom off the coast of Vedania. How he does this, is unknown, but many seafarers respect this, and consider him crazy, which is why his sea name is "The Mad Captain.' After Tobias's formative years, he's only seen him once in a bar in Port Deepwater, where Vince and his crew made cruel jokes at him. Twas very funny. Later in life, Vince retired in the cliff town of Gale Kirk in 1658 where he lived out his days with his vast fortune.
