While the master of House of Von Carstein is a very public man, little is known about him. He is considered a moderate Vampire, clinging to a semblance of humanity. Due to his opinion of mortals of friends not simply cattle, the nobility continues to embrace him and his kin. He has maintained control over his kin for over a thousand years, keeping them from slaughtering the peasantry to extinction. When The Inquisition rose, Vladamir opened diplomacy with Sydious Kaiber and secured his trust so long as he keeps his house under control. However, even with all of Vladamirs work, feral Vampires still roam without check in the Vedanian countryside. He sired many pure blooded children, all of which betrayed him in a coup, luckily for him they were all slain in 1632 during the great upheaval between the pure house and his son Menardo's house.
