Heron-Stork River
The Heron river has its source in the scattered foothills of between Ravenridge and Skyeridge, deep in clan Boarford territory. It flows east until it spills into the great Crane Lake, the largest lake on the continent. Then the northern end of the lake continues to the sea as the Stork river. Two great cities have grown on its banks, Red Dike, which is north of Crane Lake, and the capital of Easthome, where it meets the sea. The Heron-Stork River is the central-most of the three great Wealding Rivers (the other two being the Lure and the Birchbeck).
