From Bystanders to Watchers

The party find themselves in the Capital City of Rodham an the Plesure World of Anto. It is a typical sunny, warm day. Until somthing crashes in the distance, then another and another. Atmospheric transfer and freight craft? Why are they dropping from the sky? Panic in the streets, more and more craft crash to the ground. Imperial Citizens flee inside buildings for over, as the sounds of crashing craft and, is that gunfire gets rapidly louder. Then, you see it. A craft crashes, crushing a man just steps ahead of you! No a hard landing!? Right in your path! And people burst forth from within, with a hail of gunfire! You scramble for cover as, bystanders are cut down.

Streets away there is an Anto First Born, barracks for their Anto 42nd regiment. Perhaps shelter? Safety?
