"Once ruling over the frozen nation of Helegbrek, Gnomes lost their traditional homeland in unexpected disaster. Scattered and settled amongst the nearby Dwarven and Human towns of the Ornzar Mountains and Fredsfelder, Gnomes often build tight-knit communities within these spaces. A constant hum of busy activity pervades these places, with louder sounds punctuating the hum: a crunch of grinding gears here, a minor explosion there, a yelp of surprise or triumph, and especially bursts of laughter. Gnomes make the most of life, enjoying every moment of invention, exploration, investigation, creation, and play."

Physical Description: Gnomes are short of stature, with noses and ears that seem a bit larger in relation to their heads. Their hair and eyes vary as much as in Humans, though some Gnomes are also fond of creating dyes to give their hair bright and unusual colors.
Lifespan: Gnomes live approximately 120 years on average.
Size: The typical Gnome is around 3 feet tall, and weighs about 40lbs.
