Dallera

A middle-aged Tabaxi woman. She owns and manages The Silk Oasis, a popular water-side brothel in The All Capital. She treats her employees like family, and actively works to nurture and protect them. While not overly patriotic, she believes in the good the Empire's policy of racial equality has brought, and is grateful to it for the opportunity it has given her.
At some point in the past, she accompanied Fir and Milla on their journey to find the star stones, working as their guide in the Sen'Sarat Desert. She befriended them and helped them acquire one of the star stones, and then left shortly after the founding of the Empire in order to establish her own business.
She is also an avid cat lover, and keeps well over two dozen in her home and office.
