Bulan
At one point in time, almost all of the Ulbril Plains were unified under one king:Bulan Ontensil. But conquest was a long and arduous task, and the charismatic leader eventually died. This short-lived super-nation split into the 6 duchies, each of which wanted the true throne. Over time, these separate duchies have reorganized through war and diplomacy into West Bulan and East Bulan. The land north of both of these nations was reclaimed by the people of Pontrish in the ensuing chaos and they even were so bold as to expand their territory into the land occupied by the Rillow Duchy.
