Additional Information
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Symbiotic and Parasitic organisms
Aemets typically live alongside Goblins, specifically Ibujěbu.
Aemets are not desirable hosts for Vampires because of their Psionic abilities. It is impossible for a Vampire to stay hidden from an aemet, and if a vampire makes it inside an aemet, it can easily be removed through Psionic mind control, since it is much easier for a user of Psionics to affect a mind that is connected to their own.
Civilization and Culture
Culture and Cultural Heritage
Aemets originally were separate from, but cooperative with, the Ibujěbu. At some point, a series of disasters struck their homeland, and many of them died. The survivors were forced to flee to the Ibujěbu and ask them for help. The Ibujěbu agreed to help the aemets, and they were assimilated into Ibujěbu society and culture. Because of this, most of the aemets' original culture was lost. Some conspiracy theorists claim that the Ibujěbu intentionally orchestrated the disasters that drove the aemets from their homeland, but these claims have not been substantiated.
Today, aemet culture is synonymous with Ibujěbu culture and Aemet are typically considered to be Ibujěbu in regard to demographics.
History
The origin of aemets is unknown, but many speculate that their origin is unnatural.
