Entry rank of Nobility title is handed for those who have done heroic deeds, military service, or have benefited realm in a great way.
Qualifications
At 2 years of military service, several recommendations of the people to Baron/ baroness, 1 recommendation from a knight, Marquis/ marquess, or recognition by a baroness noble of higher ranking.
Requirements
Must be a citizen for 18 years or more, and have no criminal record.
Appointment
Must be conferred by a Baroness or someone of higher rank.
Duties
Knights typically act a Sheriffs to a territory, be it village, city or town responsible for listening to and solving the peasant problems if they warranted. Tax collection if a Marquis/marquess is not present.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
if they betray the realm by committing a crime, such as using illegal magic, murder, theft, rape, and other indecent acts against the kingdom. One is often stripped of their rank and property, and sent to prison to serve what sentence is carried out, or if family line has been established they can be legally disowned via the head of the house.
