Chang Xian

The richest province of the valley provinces of Timer being the main port from the valleys to the sea. They also have a sizable navy of both river boats and seaworthy vessels, bought from Chang Sha, their neighbour province to the west.
As a result of this wealth and military power they are one of the few provinces with the political power to challenge Tianjiax.
