The Towers
A village built around the tops of sunken Elven towers. The village itself is unremarkable, typical of the small villages that dot the countryside of Lyssonne.
What makes this place special is what lies beneath. The elven towers that can be seen from the surface are but the highest tips of an entire High Elf city destroyed after its relocation in The Cataclysm.
Just below the surface is the previous home of a warband of Hobgoblins and Goblins that was cleared out by the Bright Shore in their earlier days. Further down lies the majority of the city and all its wealth and knowledge which was abandoned by the fleeing elves. It was here that the Bright shore encountered a Drow scouting party along with a White Dragon that had made this place its home. Though neither were matches for our heroes, it was here that they would first lay eyes upon the most dastardly and nefarious of villains, Sarin Cane. The fiend escaped with his prize, some sort of magical elven artefact, before the bright sure could give him the hiding he deserved.
The exploits of the Bright Shore have brought to light what a wealth of knowledge must be hidden down in the depths for those brave enough to delve into them.
