August was a slow month for worldbuilding but it sure ended with a bang! I try not to watch awards streams so as not to stress myself out so imagine my surprise when my Discord starts blowing up while I'm playing video games. My name was called twice on stream and I still cannot believe it.
  My article about the Physi known as Slumber won the prompt for a technology used for defense or protection. The Physi are something I loved created so I'm so appreciative that others love the fluffy little creatures as much as I do. If you haven't yet, take a look at the Slumber and their colorful brethren.
 
  As for the second time my name was called on stream, apparently Shiftrex and I will be going on a cruise! I still haven't fully processed this and probably won't for some time since it all seems like a dream.
  Thank you so so much to everyone who has supported Isekai and the stories that we have wanted to tell over the last 5 years. It is unbelievable how much this community cares and builds us all up and I am so appreciative to have found a community that is so loving but willing to push people to be their best.

Summer Camp is over and while that is somewhat sad, it opens the doors for a lot of new ideas and projects to take place and get started before we find ourselves in WorldEmber. For those who have noticed, I have taken a small step back from Isekai the past week to work on our other world Seireitei. A lot of the framework already exists in that world but I have learned a lot in the past two years since I last worked on it and some of the articles need a lot of help in terms of formatting.
  Seireitei is an alternate universe world based on the Bleach manga and anime written by Kubo Tite. I started it towards the end of 2019 as a pet project after losing my job with the hopes that we would one day play a TTRPG in that world again. While that doesn't look like it will happen anytime soon, the hype about the anime coming back in October has made me want to work on it again. Feel free to give the world a follow, but know that it will be a bit different than the Isekai content you may be used to.
 
  There will be some Isekai updates and cleanup coming depending on how I feel so keep an eye out for that over the next couple of months. Also with Summer Camp being over, I plan to be consistent with these updates, normally posting weekly.

There are only a few days left for Summer Camp this year and I am super proud of what I have accomplished. While I was trying for that Feral 40, I did complete Diamond with articles I'm proud of and that feels like a better accomplishment. I still have a few articles in the works, but I may or may not get them published before Summer Camp officially ends.

  Since hitting Diamond, I have started back into a few other projects that needed some work. I am completely rebuilding the spreadsheet I use to track the now 1900 articles that Isekai has. That alone should take a couple of weeks.
  I'm also delving back into my second world of Seireitei and doing some updates as that world has not been touched since 2022. Not sure how far I will get with it but for anyone that enjoys the Bleach manga and anime, the world might be worth checking out.
