Manning is a Machiavellian mastermind. His plans go mostly unknown by his entire crew. He leads an excursion into Aeris Atoll with his crew, the "Blacktooth Brawlers".

Duke Falrevere
Duke Falrevere is the sadistic and maniacal leader of the "Bloodsail Buccaneers". His lust for blood is legendary and he takes his pirating duties extremely seriously. There is a massive bounty on his head that nobody has ever came close to claiming.

Grand Admiral Florence DeMeza
The current Grand Admiral of the Brethren Court on Shipwreck Isle. DeMeza looks very healthy for her advancing age. Her time of pirating may be at an end very shortly.

Lord Francis Drake
Lord Francis Drake leads the Imperial Trading Company (ITC). They seek to provide sustenance to the world in order to claim a stranglehold on the world's trade routes. Archaeology is a hobby of his.

Lord Haytham Kenway
Lord Kenway leads the pirate faction known as the "Cutwater Corsairs". He is a close childhood friend of the current Grand Admiral DeMeza. DeMeza's "Dread Corsairs" are his allies.

Ildren Evenwind
Captain Evenwind commands the "Evenwind Raiders" aboard his ship christened, "Elune's Vengeance". Ildren has lived an extremely unfortunate life littered with murder. In a reckless act of vengeance, he seeks to claim the massive bounty on the head of Duke Falrevere.

Scangar Deepmaw
Scangar is one of the three Brothers Deepmaw. He is the Pirate Lord in charge of leading his band, the "Deepmaw Raiders". Their savagery is unmatched and the ruthlessly cunning Scangar leads them.

Captain Skunkbeard
Skunkbeard leads the "Deadsea Pillagers". Not one to shy away from a fight, Skunkbeard is an adept swordsman. None who cross his path come out unscathed.

Sir Tristan Knight
A former Gilnean nobleman forced into a life of piracy, Sir Tristan Knight leads his crew known as the "Eastmoon Pirates". During the day, Knight can be reasoned with. At night is a whole different story.
