Born in the shining Freedom City, used to the news channels consisting of stuff about super- heroes and villains, going through puberty, Katy developed superpowers and could make things out of ice and chill things super fast. Before then, she was Katrina Cool, but after her powers were discovered, got nicknamed Katy Cold. She goes by Katy Cold now, and loves it.
