Personal history

Before the war, Airstrike was a racer from Velocitron. She was always in it for the thrills, she loved the speed and the rush. When the war started, Airstrike first stayed out of the opening battles. But all too soon, an old friend of hers joined the Autobot faction - Windblade. A sense of loyalty to her friend and the promise of the thrill of battle led her to join the Autobots, wherein she was put on an all-girls team with Windblade, led by Elita-1. The bonds she formed with her team caused her to both be extemely loyal and to idolize her teammates in a way. No matter how good she is herself, she would never put herself above her teammates in her own mind.

Airstrike's racing origins never truly left her. To this day, she loves the rush of the air and the thrill of combat. As much as she can stress and fear the upcoming battle, once she's in the thick of it, she focuses in, only feeling that rush, the sound of blaster fire, the next target. Unfortunately, while this makes her a formidable opponent and invaluable on a time limit, she lacks the patience to play the long game. She concedes the need for a plan before rushing into action, but she always advocates for immediate action and quick responses, never one to wait.

Personality

Motivation

Originally, her motivation for joining the autobot faction was a sense of duty to help her old friend, Windblade. Her motivation for joining the war in general, however, was the thrill of the fight. Over time, her driving force began to change. It was no longer just about the rush, no longer just about her comrades - it was something more. After centuries of fighting for the autobot cause, she has come to truly believe in the directive and enjoys being part of something bigger than herself.
