Outcast, stalkers, trying to find a way to avenge his sister and destroy the cult and killed his mother demon.

My memories of New Damon  are very hazy.
 
Up until I was about 5, I lived with my dad. He was a busy man with a lot of friends. I knew that much for certain.
 
My sister ran away with me when she was no older than I am now.
 
She wanted me to blend in with the kids of Adura , but I never could get it quite right on account of my unique appearance.
 
I remember Ariel as being very smart, and very brave.
 
She studied alchemy, and was always reading from her book of potions. I think that in her mind, getting a job as an alchemist was her last chance at getting us a somewhat normal life.
 
She never went anywhere without that book tucked under her arm.
 
Piece by piece, Ariel would let me in on the family secret, and I’d come to understand the precarious situation that we were in.
 
We were runaways, and if we weren’t careful, we could be taken. What then?
 
Ariel knew how afraid I was, and gave me a Magic pair of earrings that would make me harder to sneak up on.
 
At 14, my worst nightmare would come to pass, and I’d come home to an empty house. Ariel was gone, but her book was left behind.
 
I know in my heart that she was taken, but had no evidence.
 
I spent the next four years in a deep depression.
 
Even as I graduated from The University of Sensus  with a degree in alchemy, now feeling closer to Ariel than ever before, all I felt was overwhelming self-loathing.
 
My only reprieve it seems, was watching Kashmeel .
 
I thought that he had such a normal life, and he took care of his little sisters the way Ariel took care of me. To top it off, he was nice to me - not incredibly so, but definitely nicer than the other kids. He, at the very least, tried talking to me.
 
As incredible as it sounds, I think I remember him from New Damon.
 
I was looking in through his window one day to find him feverishly poring through books and talking to himself.
 
Suddenly, he didn’t look so normal.
 
That’s when he spotted me. I thought he’d call the guard or say mean things, but instead, he asked me to study with him.
 
I got to know a couple of his secrets, and he got to know a couple of mine. I even brought him back to my little hut on the outskirts of town.
 
That was the first time I had anybody over.
 
I felt like I actually had a friend, and now, my friend and I were setting off on an adventure.
 
It’s going to be scary, but it’s not like there’s anything for me here in Adura.
