Adura is a country of color and beauty. Known for the natural landscapes, artists flock to the country to capture it's wonder and priests of Thellyne come to worship in its hills.
It sits high in the hills, where water from the mountains trickles through every town and village. As a result, most cities have some sort of bridges, aqueducts, water mills, and other ways of directing the water through the city instead of on it.
The Aduran Royal Family are the monarchs of the country, and have several different dukes ("dux") and duchesses ("ducissa") that watch over the various areas of Adura. The duxes and ducissas normally reside in the largest town in their region and make trips to the various smaller settlements in their regions once or twice a month.
