Noted what times Nightseed might be where
We open a puzzle box and find bones and the Necronomicon
At least one shadow ritual page missing
Fallen has fog cloud/long strider/Necronomicon/animate dead/bestow curse/vampiric touch/blight/circle of death/magic jar/finger of death/remove curse (Fallen Made)
Politics club meets around 5pm after classes
25 Skeletons present (44 in total)
we copied the recent intake log for new bodies coming in
Nightseed present when we went to see skeletons, she was lying about the skeleton that went to the lower library
we go to see the librarian about it
 
3/2/24
Scrap had books Nightseed wrote and books on Odwald family set aside
Scrap gets a book about ancient gods and about the titles he discovered: scholarly king comes up alot as a leader, title changes alot on who it is/alot of theories on how each title might connect with a race and their descendants
Collina finds more damaged books, we notice one is missing we turned in, Mordayne acing off
Scrap brings Wand of Secrets to library, finds entrance to the hidden library
Scrap smells Mordayne/Dean/many unknown/another that is recognizable (Odwald or another Corvum)
Scrap is now more confident Fallen is a lich
Transmutation teacher Jolly Flutter, assistant Darkbite
Regina was attacked by a large creature with 4 red eyes, white, climbing on the tree
We decide to look for it the next day
Scrap reads book that Nightseed wrote on theoretical Necromancy and how it might be combined with healing
We fought our shadows, it went terribly with Scrap being the only one not really downed, Ardwyn saved us using time magic
We went back with Faye and found there was a high level ritual summon from Necronomicon, going to rest after that
 
3/30/24
Dean didn't have evidence of past attacks like that one
He hears we started looking into the monster
He promised he will be staying in his office for a few days
Divination teacher scaring the staff, having constant bad predictions
Gallus/Ms. Harper (emo turkey), Necromancy student that tends to the skeletons can be found with them or in the dorms, lodged a complaint about them
We finally visit Nightseed
We find a birdfolk bone flake outside, lots of marks but look old
Corvax Revayne (Divination teacher, Corvum, black bill magpie)
HIs divination keeps repeating, we got the words to it
Augry spell, hints towards an action we may take in the next 30 mins, we just got the same prophecy
Ms. Harper saw the skeleton leave class and head to the forbidden section
They say no skeletons missing, Nightseed only one who should be able to reanimate skeletons
Darkbite and Jolly Flutter are found near window of the monster sighting, seeming to have found an entrance
 
4/20/24
Rhyse Birchwalker seems sus, knows what Nightseed crimes were before others and feels like she thinks the punishment doesn't match the crime
Buttons Dewdrips, send flowers or a gift to her
Cross examine her last journal entries when we find it
Started the session going to ask to see the lower library but it was busy from reopening (Scrap saw him smirk at us as we leave) [Collina learns some book stuff from Fallen]
We give the book to the Dean, he arrests Nightseed and interrogates her
We eat (Birchwalker seems sus) and go to see politics club, Kim has notes about it, seemed to go well
Go check the Dean's office and he is there, Nightseed is pleading innocent even under truth serum, we now suspect she is being framed, we have the dean note down more questions to ask
We plan on going into the tunnels to try and find her journal or any clues
Library was sealed off by golems ay night
Faye found a note for us under our door for a meetup the next day: "The forest Terrarium, Central Building, East Wing, Last day of the month, Midnight, come alone, I know where the missing pages are" [Scrap notes it smells like soot]
 
6/29/24
Library still blocked off, Mordayne gone
Started looking for tunnels, going to ask Regina to see if she knows if any active tunnels (she told us how to find them)
We get in the tunnels and go deep and unlock a magic door, but got stuck behind some metal and a mage behind it manages to cast magic on Collina so we are forced to leave
We end up back at the library to find Mordayne, he says he'll let us down there the next day and he does not appear well
Ardyn told us we were leaving soon (we are unsure why, Scrap believes he's been to the future)
 
7/20/24
[Notes are sparse around these sessions, so add what I can, not helped that I was having mental issues with roleplaying]
Were told Borealus is used to help defeat aspect of fire
Got money from Mordayne as an apology for acting cold after we saved him from the sleep/closet
Scrap got a ring of featherfall
Short blup for what we did: I believe we got the Dean to get us into the library and then went into the hidden book section. There we found Mordayne unconscious in a closet and a necklace which would allow the wearer to disguise into him. We brought him out to the Dean and the necklace, there they sent us on ahead to get Odwald. We fought his minions, then found him in a room with the monster we had been searching for. We talked a bit, learning he is trying to stop the aspect and was making this monster to do so, and he also accidentally caused the fire to spread in the beginning and woke the aspect. The voice then fucked with his monster causing it to attack and so we killed it. We decide to work together for now to look for things needed to kill it. Scrap had a rough time and it caused him and Odwald to now be on nasty terms.
