Hey Dubby!
Did you figure out where you’re going to live next year in the Ring? If you’re looking for space, we have some room at Tarslemoor Manor. I recently joined a group called the Codex, I guess some academic society and we’re all moving there. Fortunately, some of my non-Codex friends are also able to join us. The manor is fully equipped with libraries and classrooms and a greenhouse and a dungeon for me apparently to build in (I need to tell you about the Great Hall boom later). It’s also built on top of a lake, so it’s gorgeous.
 
Come join the fun! Hope to see you there. I have friends who can teach us to swear in primordial :)
