Innovation out of necessity

by Hildegard

With half a year left and my project complete, I’ve been trying to think of my next step. Still working on my pockets of holding, practicing sigil drawing, maybe could start a project on accelerating movement, but it’s really hard to work with metal without mage hand (or someone who could help close by).

This morning, while staring at my upcycling pile, I had an idea. Instead of using metal, what if I glue wood scraps together and compress them. Then I can shape the composites to anything I need (base parts, joints, etc.). Otherworld didn’t use a lot of metal and we did just fine. I think this could work.
