Day Two, A Watery boi(girl)

We camped overnight and then continued to Kay'Log. We met Avani, a water nymph in a pond. She's very friendly and likes gossip, she traded us a silver raven with magic in exchange for Citron's news of a researcher experimenting with divine magic; trying to harness the magic of the gods for their own designs. She also informed us that there have been magical happenings in the area and disappearances in the ruins. Azriel seems to be a ranger, and has abilities that seem to indicate they could be an aasimar which is interesting.
We reached Kay'Log after noon. I paid cirton and immediately re-hired them. Rio told stories for food and board. Azriel's employer showed up. Ferris hired them to find a missing person and help with the strange happenings. Ferris paid us all to help Azriel and offered me library access, and I've taken Irie under my wing, forgive the expression. We took rooms for the night and will gather supllies tomorrow.
